Guest Obligations:
Guests are hereby requested to thoroughly peruse and comprehend the Cancellation & Refund, along with other applicable policies, prior to effecting any reservations through our website, third-party platforms, or offline channels such as third-party agents, advertisements, and referrals.
Standard/Moderate Cancellation and Refund Policy:
For guests who have made online reservations through our website, refund is applicable in the event of cancellation up to 15 days before the scheduled Date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
For bookings falling on public holidays, weekends, or festival dates, the cancellation window extends to 30 days.
No refund is granted if cancellation occurs within 15 days of the Date of Check-In. Partial payments made by the guest are non-refundable.
Refunds owed by RAM Villa to guests are processed within 7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% is levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing expenses.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy:
Our standard check-in time is 11:00 am, and check-out time is 10:00 am. Complimentary early check-in (1-2 hours) is available, subject to villa availability, and must be confirmed a day in advance.
Complimentary late check-out (1-2 hours) is offered if the villa is unbooked on the day of checkout. Confirmation is provided by 10 am, accounting for instant online and last-minute bookings.
Charges apply for extended checkouts (post 01:00 pm). The rate is 20% of the tariff for checkouts up to 2 pm, 40% up to 5 pm, and full night charges thereafter.
RAM Villa reserves the right to decide on early check-ins or late check-outs at its discretion.
Liability:
The maximum legal risk arising from access, use, stay, participation in experiences, events, or use of any other host services, or interactions with other individuals during the guest’s stay shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. RAM Villa and other parties involved in providing services are not liable for incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
Power Backup:
Inverter or generator backups are provided at RAM Villa during electricity failures to ensure uninterrupted guest stays. However, the duration of inverter backups depends on the client’s usage. RAM Villa is not liable for power cuts, and no refunds will be provided.
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are required to keep their valuables and personal belongings in a cupboard. RAM Villa is not liable for loss or damage to unattended items.
Vehicle Parking:
Guests must ensure their cars are appropriately parked in designated areas, avoiding hindrance to other cars. Parking is solely at the owner’s risk, and RAM Villa does not accept responsibility for accidents or losses.
Nature and Pests:
Being close to nature, mosquitoes, insects, and pests may be prevalent. Guests are advised to close all doors and windows at sunset to prevent the entry of insects/pests. Trespassing of pests/insects is not RAM Villa’s liability, but the caretaker will be notified for necessary action.
Wi-Fi and Network:
Wi-Fi network fluctuations may occur due to unforeseen reasons. RAM Villa has no control over such issues, but the caretaker will contact the network provider for resolution upon guest notification. No refunds will be provided for network-related issues.
Basic House Rules:
The following activities are prohibited at RAM Villa:
· Drinking and Smoking are permitted; fines apply for damages.
· Pets are allowed in premises (Outside House) but guests must clean up after them, and fines are imposed for damages.
· Parties must move indoors after 10 PM, with closed doors and windows.
· Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM; guests must reduce volume.
· Film shooting requires permission.
· Rates, tariffs, and rules for weddings are different and depend on permission.
· No DJ parties or events.
· Unreasonable numbers of guests, exceeding the maximum permitted by RAM Villa.
· Disturbing neighbors or invading their privacy or security.
· Illegal substances or activities are prohibited.
· No pornography production or prostitution.
· Dangerous or hazardous items are not allowed.
· Firearms and other weapons are prohibited.
· Placing obstructions, signage, garbage, food, or personal items outside the property is not allowed.
· Creating unsanitary conditions is prohibited.
· Making any changes or modifications to the property or its contents without permission is not allowed.
· Soliciting or loitering around the space is prohibited.
· Commercial photography, film, or videography requires expressed written consent.
· Using the property for any purpose other than personal accommodation is prohibited.
Pool Rules:
· No drinking or smoking in the pool area.
· No littering in or around the pool area.
· No diving of any kind in the pool to prevent injuries.
· Pool timing is from 7 AM to 10 PM.
· No pets are allowed in the pool.
· No peeing or defecation in the pool.
RAM Villa emphasizes pool safety. Guests are only permitted to swim if they are proficient swimmers. Make sure take care of your children before enter into pool. RAM Villa is not liable for accidents at the property/pool.
Other:
· Zero tolerance for discrimination, racism, sexism, discrimination, intimidation, or violence.
· Guests must obtain written authorization for permitting guests during their stay, and accompanying and
supervising such guests is mandatory.
· Pets are allowed with advance notice, and violations of the pet policy result in fines.
· RAM Villa provides an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.
· Linens and kitchenware are provided, and any removed items will be charged according to RAM Villa’s terms.
· Only amenities described on the website are available; guests must follow provided instructions.
· Guests under 18 age must be accompanied by an adult when using amenities and common areas.
· Parking options and instructions are provided in the booking confirmation; guests must comply with all instructions, signs, policies, and laws.
· Guests are responsible for safety and security; compliance with fire, health, or safety rules is mandatory.
· Guests must report any property damage in writing; failure to notify may result in responsibility for damages and
deduction from the security deposit.
· On-site property management or professionals may be available for communication.
· Guests must follow any written instructions provided for their stay, constituting “House Rules” as defined in RAM Villa’s Terms.
· In conclusion, guests are solely responsible for awareness and compliance with RAM Villa’s Terms and Rules,
ensuring the property’s cleanliness and maintenance in the same condition as found.
